If your furniture is delivered via Fedex or any other courier, you do not need a COI.
If your furniture is being delivered white glove, then yes, you will need a COI from your delivery company.

Be reminded that the tenant is responsible for obtaining an accurate COI naming both landlord and management company.  This ensures you are protected in the event of damage caused to the building during the delivery process.
